The pool area is a lovely spot to relax.

During my stay, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as the floors were not regularly cleaned. I frequently encountered issues with the hot water supply, especially in the evenings, which made showering before bed quite difficult. The food options were a struggle too, as vegetarian selections were not clearly marked, causing confusion and frustration.

Brekkie was off the charts, lekker poached eggs and sweets to die for! Plus, the staff were so friendly, always keen for a chat. the beach isn’t far, only a quick stroll away. Best chill spot ever!

But ja, aircon could’ve been better. It only worked with the key in the slot—bit of a mission if you wanted to pop out for a sec.

Had a blast during my 4-night stay! The staff, especially Hussein at the bar, made sure I had everything I wanted. The music by the pool was fun, though I had some issues with the room—old furniture, you know. it was a good time!

Had a nice stay here. The food was actually pretty good, especially the snacks by the pool. Found the waitstaff super friendly. The only thing that annoyed me was the AC barely worked unless I kept the key in the room, which was a hassle. Location is bomb too, very close to the beach.

Excellent food, excellent location, the variety of delicious meals at the restaurant included refreshing choices by the pool and the easy access to nearby attractions made our stay truly enjoyable, complemented by reliable transport from the airport only 18 km away.

astoria park has a fantastic variety of food, especially breakfast with delicious poached eggs and fresh fruits. the location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beach! the staff were super polite and the housekeeping kept our room tidy throughout our 7-night stay.
